An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to assist their Japanese Sales Team. This role involves providing language support, translating during client visits, and preparing essential documentation. The ideal candidate will have a degree and proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English, with experience in sales support within a Japanese-speaking environment. Job Description

1. To support Japanese Sales Team, especially Language support
2. Understand Japanese sales team's sales contents and make necessary arrangements with internal staff and local vendors, suppliers, etc. (Energy-saving products sales and RPA (LEDs, air conditioners, radiant cooling sheets, compressors, AEDs, RPA) mainly for Japanese companies.)
3. Contact new and existing clients to seek potential business opportunities
4. Visiting clients with Japanese Salesperson as interpreter.
5. Visiting renovation site with salesperson to translate conversation between Salesperson, client & vendors
6. Prepare quotations and send to clients
7. Follow up on delivery orders
8. Construction schedule arrangement
9. Attend on-site meetings, translating discussions between local vendors & Japanese Clients if necessary
10. Other ad hoc roles if necessary

Salary: 5000~7000 (RM)

Location:

Requirements:

1. Degree and above
2. Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 above)
3. Good communication in English (read, write and speaking; if possible, BM & Chinese)
4. Able to handle translation & interpretation (Japanese <-> English)
5. Working experience as sales support in a Japanese speaking role, or other working experience in a Japanese company
6. Driving License
7. Interested in IT (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, etc.)
8. Good communication with all levels of personnel, internal & external
