Kickstart your career in Accounts Payable with our dynamic team! We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates (Mandarin Proficiency) with a strong foundation in accounting or finance to join us in supporting our international operations. This is a good opportunity to develop your career in a multinational environment, supporting international operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Support comprehensive account management and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Liaise with internal and external customers/stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met and agreed service standards are consistently achieved.

Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries, resolving issues efficiently according to customer agreements and established processes.

Contribute to the smooth operation of our Accounts Payable function within a multinational setting.

What You’ll need to succeed:

While 1-2 years of experience is valued, we encourage recent graduates with relevant academic backgrounds to apply.

Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with international counterparts.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Always open to learn attitude.

Flexibility to support varying time zones on occasion.
