Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of equipment data (e.g., vacuum pressure logs, PM intervals, chamber parameters, uptime/downtime logs).
  2. Develop dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for monitoring KPIs such as OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), PM Compliance and Chamber Performance.
  3. Detect anomalies and trends that may indicate impending machine failures or deviations from process and yield specifications.
  4. Build predictive models for failure forecasting or maintenance scheduling using machine learning/statistical techniques.
  5. Perform root cause analysis using data-driven approaches and support improvement projects.
  6. Develop automated reporting scripts (e.g., using Python, SQL) to streamline routine tasks.
  7. Assist in integration of smart factory tools (IoT sensors, real-time alerts, MES/SPC systems).
  8. Generate, update, and maintain documents (FMEA/Training material /SOP/WI).
  9. Lead KPI projects on machine performance improvement, cost reduction, yield, quality, capacity, and productivity improvements.
  10. Collaborate with Process, Yield, and R&D on new material and package development for machine-related items.
  11. Oversee machine/tooling buy-off and standardization.
  12. Support other functional teams for key projects.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. (Candidates with relevant internship or project experience will have an added advantage.)
  • Detail-oriented, action-driven, self-starter, able to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Effective team player with good communication skills.

Skills

  • Machine/mechanical knowledge in design and optimization.
  • Expertise in data analysis and problem solving.
  • Proficient in QC tools such as 7QC tools, MSA, SPC, 8D report, DOE, etc.
  • Familiar with reporting/data analysis software (PPT, Excel, JMP, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Good verbal and written English skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
