Customer Service | Fresh Grad | (LiveChat - IT Helpdesk)

As a Customer Service Executive (IT HelpDesk), you will provide prompt support, handle inquiries, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting with system testing, improving processes, and ensuring compliance. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, with a preference for Mandarin speakers. Ideal candidates have customer service or IT support experience and can work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. The ideal candidate should bring a balance of experience and adaptability to the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide prompt and effective customer service.
  2. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  3. Handle all customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
  4. Manage and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
  5. Maintain accurate system data and records.
  6. Assist in interface testing, system setting testing, problem collection, consolidation, and troubleshooting.
  7. Provide product-related information and assist in bidding processes.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience.
  9. Troubleshoot IT issues and resolve customer complaints.
  10. Adhere to and deliver service KPIs as per monthly scorecard, ensuring compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  11. Support team members during manpower shortages within the customer service department.
Requirements:
  1. STPM, Foundation, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
  2. Proven experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the IT industry.
  3. Strong data analysis, tabulation, communication, and presentation skills.
  4. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is preferred; Mandarin fluency is highly desirable for dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  5. Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
  6. Proficient in typing in Mandarin on a laptop.
  7. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
