The R2R Analyst role involves:

• Overseeing financial closing activities in accordance with company policies and audit standards.
• Planning and coordinating with finance and operations teams to manage financial data and reports.
• Processing accounting entries and ensuring their completeness and timeliness.
• Supporting general accounting tasks, government reporting, and group reporting.

This position reports to the R2R Team Manager and is based in CFS Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It requires on-site presence.

In this role, you will:

• Deepen your understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, fixed assets, and project system accounting.
• Engage with local finance teams, auditors, and stakeholders to develop communication and teamwork skills.
• Enhance analytical and problem-solving abilities through financial data analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Monitor projects in SAP Assets module for compliance and proper settlement.

Minimum requirements include:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Preferred experience:

• Finance Shared Services environment
• General Ledger and Fixed Assets Accounting
