Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions of the Company.
- Manage & lead the finance team to ensure the day-to-day operation of overall accounting & financial activities.
- Prepare and manage budget & cash flow forecasts including financial analysis to control cost and improve overall financial performance.
- Perform financial analysis and review annual budgets and perform analysis in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Liaise with the relevant government authorities for approval and compliance, external auditors / tax agents / banker / analysts.
- Involve in directing and implementing financial and accounting systems, policies and procedures that contribute to good commercial management of the Company’s business and ensure good internal controls are in place.
- Overseeing tax and other regulatory compliance records.
- Preparation of specific analysis according to management requests and needs.
- Support the Management in the areas of cash management, banking relationships and systems, funding, foreign exchange and working capital management.
- Providing coaching and mentoring for subordinates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- SAP knowledge will be advantage
- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Preference will be given to candidates with manufacturing background and costing experience
- The work location is in Chemor, Perak (near Klebang, approximately 30 minutes' drive from Ipoh)
