Due to our expansion and opening of new branches, we are looking for fresh graduates to join us as Customer Service Assistants.

Locations:

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries.
2. Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met to achieve total customer satisfaction.
3. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing branch targets.
4. Handle branch invoicing and administrative duties.
5. Promote our services to walk-in customers.
6. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
2. Dynamic, energetic, positive, and driven to exceed targets.
3. Preferably with sales or customer service experience from the retail industry.
4. Able to start work on short notice (an advantage).
5. Willing to be transferred to other branches as needed.
