Job description

Consisting of 11 tournament-grade and 1 exhibition pickleball courts; and 4 world-class padel courts.

Facilities
  • Mezzanine & Co-Working Lounge - perfect nook for meetings, remote work, or just watching the game.
  • Cocktail bar/ kitchen & cafe - with curated cocktails, fresh bakes, specialty coffee, and healthy bites.
Roles and Responsibilities
Guest Services
  • Greet and check-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about facilities, events, booking times, and services.
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
Front Desk Management
  • Manage bookings, walk-ins, and cancellations using the club’s booking system.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media inquiries.
  • Collect payments and issue receipts (if applicable).
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
Operational Support
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures for the club.
  • Monitor and report on unauthorized court usage.
  • Coordinate with cleaners when courts need immediate attention (via QR system or internal call).
  • Track and replenish front desk supplies (e.g., wristbands, court markers).
Facility Coordination
  • Ensure trash cans are available at pathways.
  • Maintain a log of lost and found items.
  • Assist in briefing new customers on club rules and usage guidelines.
Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits and reports.
  • Help with incident logging and emergency contacts when required.
