Attractive salary package of RM2,500 basic + performance-based incentives up to RM200 + commission with no cap.

• Working Location: Georgetown 10000, Penang
• Must have own transportation to facilitate work-related duties
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
• Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Confident pitching skills with a driven attitude to achieve sales targets
• Outgoing personality and good negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management
• If shortlisted, employment will be arranged through our service provider
• Partner acquisition: acquire retail stores to sign up as SPX Buyers Self Collection Points, offering parcel collection services to Shopee buyers
• Provide targeted stores with pitches for the SPX program (within 250m radius of targeted locations; eligible stores open at least 5.5 days a week, until 6PM)
• Manage the entire process from lead acquisition, contract signing, POSM delivery, to onboarding and training new partners
• Eligible for KPI incentives
