Job description

Monitor and manage daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.

Perform testing and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.

Ensure product quality meets standards and regulatory compliance.

Identify and resolve production issues, optimizing processes.

Maintain safety standards and promote sustainability in production.

Prepare and present technical documentation and reports.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of working experience.

- Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety regulations is an added value.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.

- Competency in CePSO or CePIETSO (PCP) certifications is advantageous.

- Preferably own transportation.
