Job description

Security Solutions Engineer

Maintain and enforce security solutions’ processes & controls to ensure network security at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, Network Firewall, WAF, Web Proxy, VPN, NAC, IPS, DDoS Protection, and others.

Continuously engineer and improve network security solutions based on the threat landscape.

Ensure the availability and uptime of network security solutions according to SLA requirements.

Ensure network security services are delivered in accordance with SLA.

Implement network security solutions across all in-scope IT assets.

Regularly verify the completeness and accuracy of implementations.

Proactively monitor solution uptime and identify areas for improvement.

Comply with group obsolescence, resilience, and patch management frameworks and requirements.

Maintain close communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, service providers, and solution principals, to deliver quality security services.

Lead complex RHB Group Information and Network Security projects, including preparing RFI/RFQ and RFP, evaluations, vendor engagement, and applying project management skills to meet objectives.

Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to address audit findings within the agreed timelines.

Key Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Information Security.
• Strong understanding of evolving security and privacy controls, regulatory landscape, and risk management techniques.
• Solid technical expertise in data security.
• Experience in developing and implementing security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ability to educate stakeholders on risk implications and communicate complex technical information effectively across all organizational levels.
