Job Scope:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
  • Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability and business growth.
  • Prepare and analyze management reports, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statements.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimization.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities for audits, tax filings, and compliance matters.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.
  • Assist in financial planning, risk assessment, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to full set accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software and financial management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
