Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous staff development.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening, closing, and shift scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor inventory and manage ordering to reduce waste and control costs.
  • Manage outlet budgets, analyze sales, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and administrative documentation.
  • Drive promotional activities and collaborate with marketing for campaigns.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence of the outlet.
  • Ensure menu quality and consistency in line with customer expectations.
  • Keep licenses, certifications, and inspection records up to date.

Job Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in F&B management, health & safety, or customer service are a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 3â5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1â2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing staff and handling high-volume service environments.

Other Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages may be an advantage.
  • Strong personal presentation and professional demeanor.
