Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:
• To handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and other related schedules.
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of monthly financial reports, ensure accurate account code & SST posting
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, company secretary, banker and government authorities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing, preparing the WIP and audit schedule where necessary.

. Daily cash flow report preparation
• Maintaining accounting records.
• General administration and ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Relevant certification (e.g. ACCA/MIA) is an added advantage.
• 3-5 years of working experience or similar role
• Detail-oriented and organized, strong planning and prioritization abilities
• High integrity, meticulous for detail and able to work independently
• Liaison with Auditor, Company Secretary, Bankers, and Govt bodies
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Autocount Accounting software
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as it's required to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to converse in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
