A leading company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to enhance collaboration within the regional HR team. Facilitate communication and collaboration within the regional HR team.
Support the rollout of Corporate Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives: ensure the implementation of initiatives such as TM/SP, MBO, L&D, etc., by supporting subsidiary HR teams with awareness of cultural and regulatory requirements, acting as the regional contact point.
Implement global policies: oversee the application of policies like mobility and insurance within the region.
Support training and development: conduct regular sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance soft skills and knowledge among regional employees.
Provide insights: deliver information about the region's people, organization, and culture to the Corporate CHRO team for effective HR collaboration.
