Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the overall success of projects from design concept to completion, collaborating with key partners, managing budgets, planning, and ensuring technical and regulatory compliance.
  2. Lead, coach, and advise project team members to achieve goals, meet schedules, and resolve technical or operational issues.
  3. Manage client expectations, ensuring projects adhere to schedules and budgets.
  4. Participate in tender preparation, ensuring accurate project estimation.
  5. Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors on project costing, progress claims, budgeting, and resource planning.
  6. Ensure timely awarding of tenders in accordance with the master work programme, including tender process coordination, documentation, analysis, and reporting.
  7. Prepare and monitor project timelines, construction schedules, and related activities; verify work completion and manage subcontractor invoices.
  8. Monitor subcontractor compliance with quality, time, and budget requirements to ensure smooth project execution.
  9. Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  2. Preferably experienced in the Interior Design industry.
  3. Own transportation and willingness to travel to other states if required.
