Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandising Manager to lead and execute strategic product launches and brand activation initiatives. This role is pivotal in translating product innovation into compelling consumer experiences, working cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies across retail, ecommerce, and brand platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Product Launches

  • Develop and implement creative, strategic launch plans in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams.
  • Deliver on-time product launches with measurable outcomes such as engagement, awareness, and sales uplift.
  • Post-launch performance analysis and improvement recommendations.

Creative Activation Concepts

  • Ideate and lead engaging activation campaigns that highlight product and brand stories.
  • Drive high-impact, memorable experiences tailored to the target audience.
  • Ensure consistency with brand identity and voice.

Ongoing Project Continuation

  • Provide strategic support to maintain project timelines and objectives.
  • Monitor ongoing activations and adjust tactics to ensure alignment and continuity.
  • Deliver regular progress updates and adapt plans as required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align activation efforts with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, VM).
  • Liaise with external agencies and partners for creative and executional support.
  • Foster collaborative relationships for streamlined campaign delivery.

Campaign Monitoring & Reporting

  • Measure campaign success using KPIs (engagement, ROI, customer feedback).
  • Analyze performance to identify improvement areas.
  • Apply data-driven insights for future initiatives.

Team Leadership & Creative Development

  • Mentor and lead a high-performing creative team.
  • Encourage innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking.
  • Develop training plans to foster professional growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years in marketing, branding, or activation strategy.
  • Ideally someone from industry background in Retail, FMCG, Fashion, E-commerce, or Events Agencies.
  • Strong project management, creative strategy, and team leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
