E-commerce Analyst (Mandarin Speaker) – KYC Process
Job Description

Join a leading global BPO team as an Ecommerce Analyst supporting a major international client in the e-commerce sector. In this role, you will ensure customer compliance through KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, including identity verification and risk assessment. You'll play a vital role in safeguarding the business against financial crimes, while developing your professional skills in a supportive, multicultural environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are fluent in Mandarin and looking to start or grow their career in the e-commerce or financial compliance space. Candidates with experience in the BPO industry or customer support are welcome, even without KYC experience!

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with customers via Voice, Chat, and Email
  2. Perform identity verification, analyze customer activity, and assess risks
  3. Ensure adherence to KYC/AML/CTF regulations to prevent fraud and financial crime
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer inquiries
  5. Maintain accurate and secure documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Fluent in Mandarin (C1) and proficient in English (B1 / SVAR)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO or customer service
  • KYC experience is preferred but not mandatory – full training provided
  • Able to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Open to Malaysian and Chinese nationals
  • Able to join around mid - end of June or early July 2025
Salary & Benefits
  • RM 4,500 - 4,800 + KPI allowance (up to RM 300) + Night Shift allowance (up to RM 350)
