Technical Skills:
- Agile & DevOps Principles: Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and basic DevOps practices.
- Tools Proficiency: Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural, and other collaboration tools.
- Software Development: Understanding of software development processes and lifecycle, with moderate familiarity with coding practices and frameworks.
- Automation: Knowledge of test automation and the ability to implement Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) practices is advantageous.
- Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret key delivery metrics to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
Years of Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience coaching in a software development or IT delivery environment.

- Mentoring: Experience coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Chapter Leads on Agile principles.

- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Leadership Presence: Ability to inspire confidence among peers, colleagues, and senior leaders.
- Change Management:
- Organizational Change: Ability to embed Agile values and principles, and optimize new ways of working.
- Psychological Safety: Promote a safe environment for sharing ideas and suggestions.
- Outcome Focused:
- Business Value Delivery: Ensure Agile practices align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
- OKRs and Metrics: Lead the definition and tracking of Objectives and Key Results.
- Responsibilities in the CI Tribe:
