SmileBay Specialist Dental Centre in Bangsar is a brand-new flagship facility by the SmileBay Group – renowned for its innovation in Full Mouth Rehabilitation, Implant Dentistry, and Advanced Endodontics and Periodontics.

We're now looking for a dynamic, self-driven Assistant Clinic Manager to help us build something extraordinary.

This is your chance to step into a leadership role with purpose – and be fast-tracked to Clinic Manager within 6 months, based on performance and initiative.

Your Role

You’ll work side-by-side with the founding team and be mentored by our leadership to:

  1. Assist in setting up and operating the day-to-day running of the new clinic.
  2. Provide strong administrative support including appointment coordination, patient management, inventory, and reporting.
  3. Ensure excellent patient experience at every touchpoint.
  4. Supervise front office and support staff with positivity and professionalism.
  5. Assist in executing community marketing and referral engagement activities.
  6. Support financial tracking and help meet revenue targets.
  7. Demonstrate strong leadership potential with a readiness to take full charge.
Promotion Pathway

We believe in growing from within. If you consistently perform, take initiative, and lead with integrity, you’ll be considered for promotion to Clinic Manager within just 6 months.

Who You Are
  • A go-getter with a hands-on approach and the hunger to grow.
  • Friendly, highly presentable, and patient-oriented.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a strong plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, clinic administration, or hospitality.
  • Background in sales, marketing, or dental/medical field is a big advantage.
  • Tech-savvy, organised, and not afraid to get things done.
