Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide professional advice to customers onsite regarding machine installation environment, computer hardware/software systems, and electrical specifications.
  2. Set up machine installations and conduct machine operation training at customer sites.
  3. Offer technical support by answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and providing training.
  4. Acquire and maintain technical knowledge of product applications.
  5. Research and identify solutions for software and hardware issues.
  6. Ask targeted questions to quickly identify the root cause of problems.
  7. Guide clients through troubleshooting steps via phone, email, or chat until issues are resolved.
  8. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  9. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  10. Utilize internal databases or external resources to deliver precise technical solutions.
  11. Ensure all issues are properly logged and documented.
  12. Manage and prioritize multiple open issues simultaneously.
  13. Follow up with clients to confirm machines are fully functional post-troubleshooting.
  14. Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  15. Document technical knowledge through notes and manuals.
  16. Maintain positive relationships with clients.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum education: Diploma.
  2. Language proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  3. Familiarity with modern mechanical technology and capable of operating and maintaining complex machinery.
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
  5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  6. Good teamwork and communication skills.
