• Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process: Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters: Provide guidance and support to ensure effective recruitment practices.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Create strategies to attract top talent and meet hiring goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers: Understand their staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Maintain a strong employer brand: Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the company's brand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a talent acquisition leadership role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and strong analytical skills.
