Responsibilities
- To inspect and patrol all assigned roads once per week.
- To conduct, record and report daily inspection.
- Overseeing the progress of all construction and routine maintenance activities.
- Monitor and report daily progress of each operation for timely completion.
- To report any identified or potential failure immediately.
- To identify and assess potential failure.
- To check on the on-site ongoing and completed QAQC.
- Quality Engineering Reporting.
- To ensure work on site comply & conform to the Safety & Health Regulation, Traffic Management and any other Contractual requirement.
- Assist to monitor fleet/ fixed assets condition, Inventory listing and store keeping.
- Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
- Communicating the progress report to the Technical Planning Executive and RMU Executive.
- Attending any on-site meetings or events.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in construction monitoring or quality assurance is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify construction-related issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
