We’re currently looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Customer Service Manager (Hybrid), Internal Job Title: Securities & Derivatives Intermediate Analyst - C11, based in Kuala Lumpur. The Customer Service Manager is an intermediate-level position responsible for providing clients with resolutions and support in coordination with the Customer Service team. The overall objective of this role is to address external customer issues and provide ongoing customer service support.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Serve as a single point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Ensure customer inquiries are answered efficiently and timely, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
  • Conduct analyses to address client needs
  • Communicate resolutions to clients
  • Develop and maintain client portfolio through regular calls and face-to-face interactions, as needed
  • Inform clients about system failures, market issues, and provide regular updates on resolutions
  • Participate in the implementation of new projects, products, services, and platform upgrades
  • Identify policy gaps and formulate new policies to streamline trade flow processes
  • Monitor and resolve errors to minimize risk to the bank
  • Provide informal guidance and on-the-job training to new team members
  • Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, and escalate issues as necessary
Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience, including 2-5 years in similar roles
  • Understanding of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or Finance
