Job summary

A leading logistics company in Miri is seeking a qualified candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Logistics. The role involves developing logistics solutions, coordinating shipments, and building relationships with partners. Job description

Candidate qualified with a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience in shipping, logistics, or trading is a plus.

Ability to work independently.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Fluent in Malay, English, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients (preferable).

Minimum 2 years of working experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop logistics solutions according to client requirements.
  2. Meet with existing clients for shipment feedback and coordinate incoming shipments if necessary.
  3. Handle and coordinate ongoing shipment operations (Domestic & International).
  4. Provide quotations and design logistics solutions for client inquiries (supported by management).
  5. Build relationships with domestic and international partners (liner, forwarder, transporter).
  6. Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
