We are looking for a Sales Representative to execute field sales activities to maximize growth and enhance our market leadership position.
A Day in the Life of a Sales Representative
- Accountable and responsible for throughput sales performance by category.
- Service assigned outlets as per journey plan/call card for the Territory Category.
- Ensure promotion compliance and space availability during mailer/promotion periods.
- Update Key Monthly Activities/Promotions.
- Responsible for Product Distribution and Merchandising Standards.
- Ensure full compliance with the channel must-have list.
- Follow channel planogram and merchandising standard guidelines.
- Maximize the usage of POS materials and replace old ones with new.
- Win customers by being the preferred supplier.
- Maintain top-notch customer service levels.
- Negotiate Roadshows and activities.
- Provide feedback on competitors’ activities and developments for counteractions.
- Gather Market Intelligence, including competitor activities such as new product distribution, promotions, packaging changes, and visibility campaigns.
- Manage customer relationships by advising retailers, understanding business owner needs, and ensuring customer intimacy.
- Provide timely feedback on potential issues, opportunities, and gaps.
- Implement KMA and promotional activities timely and provide feedback on results.
What Will Make You Successful
- Education: University Diploma/Degree (or equivalent) OR SPM qualification with 5 years of sales experience.
- Between 3-5 years in marketing or sales, with successful KPI delivery.
- Experience with basic merchandising.
- Good communication skills, solution-oriented, self-motivated, results-driven.
