Job Title: Pillar Head for Agent Development (Pru Expert Academy)
  1. Serve as the Pillar Head for Agent Development under Pru Expert Academy (PEA), overseeing the training and development of agents. Responsibilities include reviewing agent performance, setting objectives, supervising training operations and trainer scheduling, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  2. Be responsible for training outcomes and performance of agents in the following sections:
    1. New Agent Training: New Agents and Schemed Agents
    2. Wealth Planner Section: Certified Wealth Planners and MDRT Agents
    3. Product & Technical Section: Health business and all product training
  3. Lead, coach, and mentor staff to enhance their training capabilities internally; collaborate externally with stakeholders to meet expectations.
  4. Participate in and contribute to projects related to PEA and agent development.
