  • More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the HR department, including payroll processing, recruitment, sourcing, job advertising, screening, interviews, reference checks, and communication with candidates until onboarding.
  • Oversee monthly payroll computation and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
  • Familiarize with government systems such as Expatriate Services Division (ESD), MyFuture Job, and PR application processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; review and update HR policies; promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Establish talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Provide general Human Capital Management services, including counseling, preparing letters, handling resignations, and exit interviews.
  • Oversee internal and external communications to maintain a positive employer reputation.
  • Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures; participate in HR best practices research.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing HR teams and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an advantage.
