Job description

Develop and manage stock demand and supply planning across all eCommerce channels.

Analyze sales data, forecast demand, and identify stock bottlenecks.

Ensure smooth stock replenishment and inventory accuracy to maintain optimal stock levels.

Collaborate with internal and external teams during peak campaigns and promotional events.

Identify issues in systems/processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company KPIs and retail standards.

Lead online business projects, including stakeholder coordination and performance tracking.

Prepare inventory and promotional analysis reports to support informed business decisions.

Mentor and support a high-performing supply chain team in a dynamic environment.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, eCommerce, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail or eCommerce operations.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and related tools.

Proven experience in managing cross-functional relationships and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Innovative mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Self-starter with a passion for excellence and operational efficiency.
