Senior Executive, Data Scientist (Contract)

Responsible for the conceptualizing, planning, and prioritization of big data & machine learning models for After Sales.

Conduct quantitative research through statistical analysis and develop actionable insights.

Collaborate with internal divisions/departments to execute strategic initiatives through project-based research and ad-hoc analysis.

Perform exploratory data mining and analysis to understand customer behaviors, experience, engagement, and uncover opportunities.

Participate in projects to undertake division-level improvement activities (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).

Work cross-functionally with related teams for Customer Lead Management, Loyalty Program, and Customer Retention.

Review relevant guidelines (e.g., HPPG, Sales, or After Sales Operation Guidelines).

Perform other duties as assigned.

Reporting to: Head of Section, Business Intelligence (BI).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Big Data, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Data Science.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional interfacing.
• Industry experience in data analytics, business intelligence, Big Data, IoT, or similar areas.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, C++, Linux, Ruby, PHP, Python, and R.
• Proficiency in SQL, MySQL, or other related databases.
• Knowledge of Power BI and connecting various data sources.
• Big Data-related certification is an advantage.
• Strong project management, organizational, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
