Your Goal

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, Procurement to lead our sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management functions. This role is critical in ensuring the cost-effective and timely procurement of high-quality goods and services to support our integrated healthcare and hospitality operations.

What you will be focusing

1. Strategic Sourcing & Purchasing
2. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals for both healthcare and hotel divisions.
3. Lead sourcing of goods and services.
4. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable suppliers and service providers.
5. Establish and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and quality.
6. Manage contracts, renewals, and performance KPIs.

Budgeting & Cost Control

1. Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
2. Identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality or service standards.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

1. Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock levels meet operational needs.
2. Monitor lead times, order cycles, and stock rotation.

Compliance & Risk Management

1. Ensure procurement processes meet internal policies and external regulatory standards.
2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

Supervise and guide procurement staff. Promote professional development, process improvements, and a collaborative culture.

Ideal Applicant

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably with exposure to both healthcare and hospitality industries.
3. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
4. Familiarity with procurement software.
5. Experience working in a hospital, hotel, or integrated service environment.
