About the Role
Anritsu Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager / Assistant Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts and partners across the South Asia Region. As a strategic driver, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and achieve ambitious targets.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet assigned targets through sales distribution networks and direct engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends to drive growth.
Team Management & Leadership
- Work with channel partners to set and assign targets for individual distributors, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage both internal sales teams and external channel partners to achieve business goals.
- Set clear objectives, recruit, train, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure optimal team performance.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, including distributors and end customers.
- Proactively resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Deliver excellent customer service and foster long-term business partnerships.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive informed decision-making.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis regularly.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and enhance sales initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments (finance, operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or channel sales management is preferred.
- Technical knowledge with a strong understanding of wireless technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G/5G Cellular, RF & Microwave) and wireline technologies (e.g., Ethernet, Optical Communications).
- Relevant sales or technical experience in the test and measurement industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 30% to 50% across the region.
