Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree specializing in Engineering - (Electrical/Electronic), Mechanical, or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Civil Construction Project Management, with experience in Data Centre Projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH Management System.
• Provide leadership and demonstrate commitment for the overall implementation of the QESH Management System in the department.
• Take accountability for the effectiveness of the QESH Management System in the department.
• Ensure the prevention of work-related injury and ill health in your specific area of work/responsibilities.
• Ensure the QESH Management System conforms to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Promote the use of process approach, risk-based thinking, and life cycle perspective in the organization.
• Encourage customer focus and continuous improvement in the department.
• Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
• Identify risks and opportunities, plan actions, and ensure their implementation.
• Report on the performance of the QESH Management System to top management.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure equipment and installations meet design, drawings, and specifications.
• Lead M&E testing and commissioning, review testing data, and compile O&M manuals.
• Monitor M&E works on-site, highlight discrepancies, and undertake other duties as instructed by superiors.
