About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Marketing Officer/Executive to join our dynamic team at GOH JOO HIN (KL) SDN BHD. This is a full-time position based in Senai, Johor, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing efforts for our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing client relationships
2. Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication
4. Preparing and presenting sales proposals and pitches to potential clients
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales objectives
6. Monitoring and analysing sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
7. Providing regular sales and activity reports to the management team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the Sales industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuasively pitch products and services
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and marketing
