Job Description for Outbound Telesales Role

As the title suggests, this position involves making numerous calls daily to pitch Mulah’s products and services to senior management of organizations. Your responsibilities include:

1. Setting qualified sales meetings for Business Consultants to increase closing chances;
2. Providing clients with tailored suggestions suited to their businesses;
3. Identifying competitors and analyzing their products' advantages and disadvantages;
4. Passing relevant information to Business Consultants for deal closure;

You will not attend meetings but will be rewarded with lucrative commissions and bonuses based on successful deals.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently;
• Insatiable curiosity to understand prospects’ issues and needs;
• Motivation by success;
• Fluent in English and Bahasa;
• Ability to converse in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage;
• Possess at least a Diploma or higher in any field;
• 6-24 months of experience in outbound Telesales or Telemarketing;
