Position Overview

We’re hiring three Sales Managers, each responsible for their respective territory (Northern, East, or Southern). You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Location: Ipoh (Northern), Kuantan (East), or Kulai–Kota Tinggi (Southern) — specify your preferred region when applying

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution
  2. Achieve regional sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales initiatives
  3. Manage sales of premix and related products within your territory
  4. Identify and develop new customer accounts to meet monthly targets
  5. Generate new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
  6. Execute marketing plans and negotiate contracts to close deals
  7. Align sales commitments with plant production schedules (quantity & quality)
  8. Report weekly sales activities and performance metrics to management
  9. Identify growth opportunities and recommend actions to optimize sales performance
  10. Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → deal closure → renewals

Customer Relationship Management

  1. Build and maintain strong, loyalty-driven relationships with customers
  2. Address client concerns, collect feedback, and drive service improvements
  3. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
  4. Assist in evaluating supplier and subcontractor performance to uphold product quality and reliability

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  1. Understand and enforce our Quality & Environmental (QE) Management System throughout the sales process

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  2. 5+ years of B2B sales experience—preferably in construction materials or heavy industry
  3. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  4. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
  6. Familiarity with QE or ISO-based management systems is a plus
