About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team at TL BRANDS HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will provide essential administrative support to our various departments, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organisation
  2. Providing administrative support to managers and other team members as needed
  3. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  4. Answering and directing phone calls, as well as responding to email inquiries
  5. Maintaining and updating office supplies and inventory
  6. Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned

  1. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
