• Responsible for researching cutting-edge technologies related to the Telecommunication Business Support System (BSS) field, such as CRM, Billing System, etc.
• Participate in international and domestic industry conferences and related exhibitions.
• Collaborate with the product manager to plan the development of innovative products and packaging solutions.
• Assist the account manager in defining OSS solution scope, responding to technical inquiries, developing marketing strategies, and designing solutions within the project budget.
• Plan and promote cutting-edge products, guide, and participate in pre-sales activities.
• Handle international BSS product communication, demonstrations, and bidding processes.
• Drive team growth through experience and knowledge sharing, enhancing team capabilities.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in the BSS industry or 2 years in telecommunications planning, design, operation, and maintenance.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, high self-responsibility, hardworking attitude, and strong documentation abilities.
• Exhibit analytical skills to understand industry trends based on a deep understanding of the product and business background.
• Proficient in articulating products and solutions, capable of presenting solutions in English, with good communication skills.
• Willing to learn quickly, with the ability to explore relevant forums or standards for industry understanding and self-improvement.
