The person shall be responsible for managing assigned accounts and achieving targeted sales turnover. They shall also ensure timely collection and communicate market information to the head office.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Skills:
Good command of writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with customers at all levels and be proactive.
Experience in statistical analysis and drawing conclusions is an advantage.
Computer Skills:
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Friendly, accurate, meticulous, proactive, attentive, and thorough.
Strong analytical skills, quick learner, and ability to work independently.
Work Experience:
3-5 years relevant experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Manage sales according to assigned targets.
Communicate with dealers to ensure cooperation and promote products to consumers.
Provide accurate market updates and trends to management for planning and action.
Ensure collections are within timelines and credits are managed with minimal risk.
Manage paperwork efficiently.
Inventory Management:
Ensure timely delivery of requested inventory to dealers.
Educate dealers on effective inventory management to reduce stockpiling and improve cash flow.
Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure timely stock arrival.
Others
Analyze and report market trends.
Ensure proper display and utilization of promotion materials at dealer locations.
Assist dealers with product or service requirements.
Identify and work on innovation projects if necessary.
Build strong partnerships with dealers through effective communication, training, and after-sales support.
Participate in data gathering for product ratings, branding, and customer feedback.
Travel allowance and mileage claims provided.
Monthly incentives for meeting sales targets.
5-day work week, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, annual bonus, and company trips.
