Provide strategic HR advice and support to business leaders and managers.

Oversee and manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.

Lead and coordinate HR projects, such as organizational restructuring, compensation and benefits reviews, and HR system implementations.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.

Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making as a member of the HR leadership team.

Job Requirements:

Able to speak in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or consulting role.

Proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives and projects that have had a measurable impact on organizational performance.

Strong business acumen and ability to align HR practices with the company's overall objectives.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels.

In-depth knowledge of local labour laws, regulations, and best practices.

Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis.

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
