Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Treasury Specialist to join our Wealth Solutions team, the successful candidate will act as a key resource for Relationship Managers, enabling them to better serve our high-net-worth clients. This role involves understanding the specific needs of affluent clients and tailoring advice to ensure they receive the best possible support and solutions.
About Wealth and Retail Banking
Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves more than 11 million clients in many of the world’s fastest-growing markets. Our client continuum spans from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net worth clients served by our Private Bank. We leverage digital banking channels with a human touch to provide clients with differentiated products and services such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management and personalised advice. We also support small business clients with their business banking needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide comprehensive financial services to high-net-worth clients, key products: Equity Structured Products, Retail Bond, Structured Investment, FX, Unit Trust and Insurance Products
- Understand the unique needs and goals of affluent clients to offer tailored financial advice and solutions.
- Accountable to drive and deliver CMPS revenue andthe development of strategic plans for all business lines to ensure financial budget is delivered.
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalized financial strategies.
- Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive support and exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving financial needs.
- Participate in client meetings to present financial solutions and strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is preferred.
- Proven experience in a treasury or financial advisory role, preferably within a banking environment.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders.
- Outgoing disposition, well-equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills
