Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, including interior designers, fit-out contractors, and property owners.
- Update clients with the latest product catalogs and provide samples as needed.
- Conduct product presentations and address client inquiries.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Perform sales administration tasks, including updating the CRM system, issuing quotations, and managing payments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in interior design or the outfitting interior industry.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications in sales or business.
