Job Summary:
Responsible for enhancing the performance of existing e-stores and marketplaces, exploring new platform opportunities at SEA, and leading sales campaigns. This includes driving revenue growth, ensuring the strategic execution of digital sales and marketing initiatives and collaborating with key departments. The role also involves generating commercial insights, leading the e-commerce team, and ensuring efficient operations across the online sales funnel.
Responsibilities:
Strategic & Business Development
- Lead and execute e-Commerce strategies that align with business goals, encompassing customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyze online shopper behavior, sales trends, and digital metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Monitor and manage the e-Commerce P&L, driving cost-efficiency and profitability.
Estore/Platform Management & Merchandising
- Oversee content activation, site merchandising, and promotional strategies in alignment with marketing calendars and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all e-Commerce platforms.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Supervise and mentor the e-Commerce team, ensuring timely execution of tasks and personal development.
- Liaise closely with cross-functional departments (Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Merchandising, IT) to ensure a cohesive e-Commerce strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with e-Commerce partners and digital performance team to optimize business performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze and report key performance metrics across platforms (conversion rate, sales growth, traffic sources, ROI, etc.).
- Translate data into actionable insights to improve digital performance and customer experience.
Customer Experience & Innovation
- Ensure best-in-class customer journey and service across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-Commerce trends, tools, and technologies to continuously drive innovation and competitiveness.
Branding & Asset Management
- Leading e-Commerce Graphic Design team to provide timely graphic and image editing support for all online marketing campaigns, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and are delivered on time.
- Working closely with marketing, merchandise and marketing communications teams to create high-quality product marketing assets.
- Ensure the estores offers a user-friendly interface and a seamless, pleasant customer journey
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-Commerce or related digital roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills; confident in data-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Results-driven with a passion for digital growth and performance optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of major e-Commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, etc.) would be a plus.
