Position Overview

This position is responsible for supervising and leading the day-to-day control and management of warehouse operations activities to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with customer service on daily shipment activities.
  2. Coordinate cycle counts according to schedule.
  3. Support customer requests for rework, screening, or other activities within warehouse scope.
  4. Ensure all customs documentation and records are up-to-date and comply with customs requirements.
  5. Ensure customer service provides necessary information to suppliers and customers as agreed.
  6. Escalate operational issues, including safety, security, and facility concerns, to management.
  7. Attend to customers’ physical inventory as required.
  8. Monitor staff attendance and work discipline.
  9. Address customer queries related to operations.
  10. Plan sufficient resources for operational efficiency and smooth functioning.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or higher qualification.
  • Proficient in English and Malay (both written and spoken).
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Possess valid driving licenses.
