Purpose

Join Club Med in a transformative journey where hospitality meets digital innovation. We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Junior Digital Business Analyst to enhance our digital experience across the dynamic East and South Asia Pacific (ESAP) region.

Responsibilities

1. Salesforce as a Core Focus

  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of data within Sales Cloud for effective business operations.
  • Provide first-level support to users on Salesforce and Pardot tools, fostering seamless integration and usage.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions, coordinate training initiatives, and promote tool adoption among users.
  • Develop and update dashboards and reports according to local market requirements.
  • Ensure Salesforce tools are in alignment with ESAP regional challenges and address any instances of misalignment.
  • Engage actively in change management and the deployment of new Salesforce features.

2. User Support, Enablement & Change Management

  • Serve as a primary contact for users across Asia, addressing inquiries related to digital tools and processes.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions along with comprehensive materials and guides.
  • Monitor user adoption and feedback, and implement enhancements to improve user experience.
  • Encourage best practices and facilitate digital maturity progress across the region.

3. Broader Digital Projects & Coordination

  • Support and coordinate initiatives extending beyond Salesforce, impacting automation, analytics, and process improvements.
  • Assist in gathering requirements and documenting business needs with precision and attention to detail.
  • Support testing phases, collect user feedback, and enhance communication regarding new digital tools.
  • Collaborate across departments and contribute to project success through organized follow-up and execution.

4. Cross-Regional & International Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams, particularly with teams in the Paris headquarters.
  • Engage consistently with teams in France and throughout the ESAP region (Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, etc.).
  • Demonstrate comfort and effectiveness in navigating a multicultural environment.

Requirements

  • Keen on digital tools, committed to enhancing user experience, and dedicated to improving business efficiency.
  • An adept communicator and team player with the capacity to work across cultures effectively.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and solution-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and advance.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira is welcomed but not required.
  • Competency in the French language or experience in a French business environment is considered beneficial.
  • Eager to advance skills in data reporting, automation, user training, and digital project coordination.
  • Recent graduates or junior professionals with practical experience in Salesforce are welcome to apply (Sales Cloud experience is crucial; Pardot experience is an advantage).
