Operation Manager - Security Guard Services

Are you a strategic thinker with a strong background in security operations? Join our dynamic and growing security company as an Operations Manager, where your leadership and organizational skills will drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily field operations across multiple client sites
  2. Supervise and support security personnel, ensuring compliance with company standards
  3. Manage scheduling, incident reporting, and client communications
  4. Conduct site assessments, risk evaluations, and staff training
  5. Maintain and improve service delivery in line with contractual obligations including budgets related to staffing, monitor overtime and expenditures
  6. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a security operations or supervisory role
  • Degree holder; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Proficient in report writing and basic MS Office applications
