Manager - WC Operations & Site Lead

The Manager - WC Operations & Site Lead will lead the Risk Intelligence Operations function, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality, timely, and accurate content. This role also serves as the Penang Site Leader, overseeing site activities, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the Penang Risk Intelligence team to achieve operational excellence and meet performance metrics.
  2. Ensure high-quality content curation and research aligned with business needs.
  3. Monitor team performance, providing coaching and support.
  4. Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and optimizations.
  5. Collaborate with global teams to maintain consistency and standard practices.
  6. Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
  7. Mentor team members and support their career development.
  8. Conduct performance reviews, feedback, and development planning.
  9. Lead site employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.
  10. Coordinate with HR, facilities, and leadership on site-related matters.
  11. Ensure compliance with workplace policies, health & safety regulations.
  12. Represent the Penang site in global leadership forums and align with organizational strategies.
  13. Work with regional and global leadership to align operational goals.
  14. Collaborate with internal teams (Risk Intelligence, Compliance, Sales, Proposition) for service delivery.
  15. Engage with external partners, vendors, and authorities as needed.
  16. Communicate with senior leadership regarding site and operational updates.
