Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage marketing strategies and budgets across healthcare and corporate sectors.

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.

Oversee social media (website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with engaging, audience-driven content.

Partner with healthcare ops to drive patient acquisition and sales growth.

Optimize lead generation via retargeting, Cost-Per-Click, Pay-Per-Click, and audience reach campaigns.

Manage agencies to improve conversion and ROI.

Conduct competitor analysis and market research for growth opportunities.

Lead launches, PR, and outreach events to spotlight services.

Produce compelling, healthcare-specific marketing materials.

4. Public Relations & Corporate Communications

Write and review speeches, press releases, Q&As, and reports.

Align with leadership on messaging for corporate and healthcare communications.

Drive communication strategies to boost brand visibility and reputation.

Execute Key Opinion Consumer (KOC) strategies to enhance brand reach.

Collaborate with healthcare influencers to increase engagement and awareness.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, or a related field.

4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, PR, corporate communications, and event management—preferably in healthcare.

Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa.

Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Hands-on experience with social media campaigns and online ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu).

Familiarity with SEO/SEM, website optimization, and KOC marketing is a plus.

Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and business alignment.

Excellent problem-solving, writing, and public relations abilities.
