JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Handle shipyard feedback and investigations on field failure issues.
2. Furnish and coordinate manpower & resources to attend to urgent & major issues related to product quality or installation at site.
3. Guide and assist Field Service engineers and service partners on their site assignments or repair works.
4. Prepare training material take-offs (MTO) and installation manuals according to specifications. Generate labor hour estimates for repairs, modifications, surveys, training, and supervision.
5. Attend meetings and discussions with customers and agents regarding site issues.
6. Work independently and deliver results within deadlines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Piping knowledge - design, practical experience, and specifications.
2. Engineering construction exposure in Oil & Gas, Marine, Refinery, or Petrochemical Industries.
3. Project management and planning knowledge.
4. Resourceful, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.
