Executive, Channel Management, Payments & Merchants

We are seeking an Executive in Channel Management, Payments & Merchants to join our team. If you are looking to excel and make a difference, consider the following responsibilities:

1. Manage internal sales channels (branches, SME RM, BCB, DITB) and TPAs on merchant applications.
2. Develop and implement tactical incentive campaigns for internal sales channels.
3. Conduct evaluations, financial analyses, and provide recommendations on merchant business, projects, and campaigns.
4. Regularly review and analyze merchant applications with internal sales channels and TPAs.
5. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across departments to create merchant business opportunities.
6. Ensure Key Result Areas (KRAs) are met for each channel, including sales, new merchant acquisition, terminal targets, MDR, and revenue.
7. Support branches with merchant business-related inquiries.
8. Participate in meetings with internal sales teams for key potential merchants.
9. Maintain strong teamwork and working relationships with team members.
10. Comply with all relevant guidelines and statutory requirements.
